These Terms & Conditions describe the permitted use of the ATF IMPEX website and the general basis on which visitors may enquire about our Airjet and Waterjet Weaving Machines.
Specific quotations, accepted orders and written purchase agreements govern individual transactions. Where those documents expressly set different commercial terms, the agreed transaction terms apply, subject to mandatory law. Using the website does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional tracking or marketing.
2. Your details and authority
Please provide accurate contact and enquiry information. If you communicate on behalf of a business, you should have authority to make the relevant enquiry and share the business information provided.
Do not submit another person's confidential or personal information without an appropriate basis for doing so. Any binding purchase must be made by someone legally able and authorised to enter into the relevant agreement.
3. Permitted website use
You may use this website to learn about our business and make genuine machinery enquiries. You must not use it unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit malicious files, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
Access to website information does not give permission to exploit security weaknesses or obtain information that is not intended to be publicly accessible.
4. Product information
Website descriptions, images and technical information are general references. Confirm the exact machine model, condition, specifications, configuration and included equipment in the relevant quotation before purchasing.
A website listing is an invitation to enquire and is not, by itself, confirmation of stock or an unconditional offer to supply machinery.
5. Enquiries, quotations and order acceptance
Sending an enquiry or receiving an acknowledgement does not, by itself, create a binding purchase agreement. A purchase is subject to confirmation of the relevant commercial terms and acceptance through the process stated in the written quotation or agreement.
Quotation validity, machinery availability, scope of supply and any special requirements should be recorded in writing. Do not assume that an item or service is included unless the agreed documents say so.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
The agreed quotation or purchase documents will state the price, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any additional charges. Transport, insurance, installation, commissioning and other services are included only where expressly stated.
Make payments only using verified payment instructions provided for your transaction. Independently confirm any unexpected change in bank details with ATF IMPEX using a known contact number. Do not share passwords, one-time passwords or complete card details through website enquiry forms.
7. Delivery, installation and support
Delivery arrangements, estimated or binding timelines, delivery location and responsibilities for unloading, site preparation, utilities, installation and commissioning must be set out in the transaction documents.
Availability of training, spare parts and after-sales support should also be confirmed in writing. A general website reference to assistance does not create an unlimited or lifetime service commitment.
8. Warranties and equipment condition
Any applicable seller or manufacturer warranty, its duration, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure will be those set out in the accepted purchase documents and applicable law.
The website does not create an additional product warranty beyond an express written commitment or a right provided by law. Nothing in these terms removes a warranty or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Requests to change or cancel an order, return machinery or obtain a refund will be considered under the agreed transaction terms and applicable law. Relevant conditions and any lawful charges should be disclosed before the order is accepted.
These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or make every advance payment non-refundable. Any specific arrangement must be expressly agreed and legally valid.

Website text, graphics, branding and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to ATF IMPEX or the relevant rights holders. You may view the website for legitimate business evaluation.
